Aromatherapy is the practice of using volatile plant oils, including essential oils, for psychological and physical well-being, they can aid healing and affect your mood.Aromatherapy image

The essential oils of some plants have medicinal properties, and can help with certain skin conditions, some oils are antibacterial agents, like peppermint oil. We all associate fragrances with pleasant times in our lives and these scents can be soothing to use for relaxation.

Our practitioner will take a complete medical history and note any medications you're already taking to avoid complications. This is a through evaluaton for determining which essential oils and type of application will work best for you.

An actual treatment is performed in a warm dim room with soft music. We prepare a bed for the you to lay on and specific essential oils are massaged into the skin, starting at the head and working down to the feet. We guarantee this experience to be transitional and relaxing.

You will also be given essential oils to take home for use in baths and other forms of self-healing.

We check in with you over a period of a few weeks to see if the essential oils are working properly and make any adjustments required.
